1. again no major inconvenience but it would seem that having a reasonable 'posted' policy on PC usage would prevent this??All in all, I would not rule this hotel out in the future as the basic overall quality is there however, I would not go out of my way to book again either due to the abundance of choices in the area.

2. (I even booked the reservation through the priority club website) No major inconvenience really, and I will say that priority club is somewhat better than some other loyality programs out there but it just seems like you always have to fight for every little crumb they toss you which is honestly not worth the effort most of the time but as long as they continue to send me these wounderful letters highlighting all the wounderful things they are going to do for me as a loyal customer,,,, I am going to continue to mention it on this website as well as others when they don't deliver which is only fair play.

3. (Nice remodel holiday inn)I can usually put up with quite a bit when traveling, and I can understand certain problems might arise for the hotel from time to time, but to mix in a bad attitude from the manager, which was not very friendly, plus all the inconveniences, such as no hot water, I can see why the parking lot was empty.
