3. The only complaint we have is that on the second occasion the telephone connection between the hotel and the airport wasn't functioning and it proved very difficult to order the shuttle - it eventually arrived over an hour after we first secured contact through the airport tourist office.

4. My only complaints would be that the double beds would barely fit two people, so four people in a double room could prove uncomfortable.
