I checked in at 4pm and was a bit

ed that I was not recognized as a priority club club gold member upon check in as the program promises, No priority check in, key not ready, desk clerk had to search for my reservation, etc.

When it came to check in there were three employees standing behind the counter talking and didnt even acknowledge finally they seemed
annoy
ed that I was interupting their conversation.

When I called the hotel to politely inquire if I should get a cab after about 25 minutes, the desk agent seemed

ed that I called and said the driver was already on their way.

Also, the transportation to and from class could've been improved, granted our class had 20 people, about 5 more people than the bus can hold, but it was
annoy
ing waiting 20 minutes longer for an additional bus when we didn't all fit.
