4. Their staffs in its restaurant (Good Eat Grills) are race/country discriminant when they known you're from South American, i saw the supervisor served the Asian with very bad attitude.

(Nice remodel holiday inn)I can usually put up with quite a bit when traveling, and I can understand certain problems might arise for the hotel from time to time, but to mix in a bad attitude from the manager, which was not very friendly, plus all the inconveniences, such as no hot water, I can see why the parking lot was empty.
