We also did not have any
problem
regulating the heat/air in the room (which almost never happens).

The hotel was full of Christmas parties and people on Saturday evening, but we were still treated royally, and were allowed to use the indoor pool without a
problem
(5-year old boy, less than 2-year old girl, and grandma).

problem

One major
problem
was that the entrance to the hotel from the parking garage was not very accessible, not a very easy access to lobby from the self parking garage.
