3. There was nothing in the room - other than a room service menu - to describe amenities and there seemed to be a lack of signage in the lobby/elevator areas; I did not see any signs in the lobby indicating where the pool was located, etc.

4. Two main issues I had with the place was the lack of security in the parking garage (several cars were broken into the night of our stay, thankfully my rental was not one of them), and the highway robbery committed in the restaurant.
