1. This kind of hands on attendtion thoughout the entire hotel is what you would expect from a much more expensive venue.

2. However to my surprise, around 2 hours or so later I was called by the director of security who informed me that they found my item and that that he would be sending it to me by FedEx at their expense since he felt like it should not have taken that long for someone to get back to me .
