3. all he offered was "down the street" and was not so pleased when I told him I was not from Houston and where "down the street he meant" he never offered a name of a store or how far away it was so I ended up just walking away from him as I found him very disrespectful and rude.

4. 1st, the front desk clerk made a rude comment; we (guests) are trying to get our confirmation letters together and he made the comment 'I know what to do.
