1. The construction Houston is awful and the hotel was very hard to get to due to the road work.

7. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff to check in were friendly, but there were hardly any guests there and made us wonder what is wrong with this property? The parking garage is free, but I did not see any security in the area and made me feel the need to take EVERYTHING out of my car.
