1. Reasons: - My room had ashtrays and smelled of smoke even though floor has signs designated as "non-smoking floor" (stayed on 10th floor club level) - Room service dish lid on my breakfast had clear remains of someone else's breakfast on it, something I only noticed AFTER I ate my food - They still haven't fixed the elevators so that all 3 accept the 9th & 10th floor club level keys, so you have to "time" how you use the call button to try and snag the ones that do, because the call button rings all 3 elevators - All amenities in the bathroom did not seem new - for example, the lotion seal was broken and looked like partial use but they'd left it.
