1. I did have a problem when I pressed the guest services button on my phone to request extra towels and while they were more than willing to help, I did have to head downstairs from my room to the front desk three hours later to repeat my request before they finally delivered.

3. I called the desk to see if they could give me the IP address, (my computer uses Xandros Linux, and no one knows how to connect it, but by getting the correct IP, I can manually fix the problem), but they have an in-chouse computer tech and they couldn't give me an 800 number to a tech support person like the Hampton Inn or Hilton does.
