5. 2) Ordered an expensive bourbon neat in the lobby bar (which as they come, was for some reason I can`t put my finger on, quite depressing), and was served what could subjectively be called a very exacting portion in what could ONLY be called an extremely dirty (in multi-hues) glass.

6. What bothered me most (aside from the attempted dirty-to-clean transfer) was that he conveyed a management dictate that it was more important to keep costs inline than make good on/make up for a mistake -- and show a bit of love in the process.
