2. Again, the hotel is quite nice, but the staff inexperienced and even rude at times, in spite of their own mistakes being called to their attention.

3. I understand that mistakes are made, but this can be (and was) a critical one, and has, in hundreds of hotel/motel stays, never happened to me until now.
