1. I find couches in any Sheraton room to be extremely scratchy and made of poor material, not the case here; brand new and super soft couch.

8. Much of the staff speaks little or poor English (this includes room service which botched our order so badly that breakfast for 5 people turned into breakfast for 15 -- the room service manager was prompt to remove the excess and fix the bill, however).

10. The shower/ toilet area is very small and has poor lighting and improper ventilation (as so many hotel bathrooms do).
