1. The Homewood staff is very friendly and courteous and anytime I have an issue they make sure to fix it right away.

3. The local police said that it has been an ongoing issue that they have been fighting along with the hotel -- that the criminals have been at the hotel's garage every since the police have focused on slowing the car break ins at the Galleria.
