1. We got a studio suite, with a king bed, a kitchen, including a diswasher, table and chairs, a separate work desk, and sitting area in a space that was far from cramped for half what the downtown hotels charge for a standard room.

2. The building is on a small 'uptown' street, and the parking garage is cramped, but the food is better than at most Homewoods, and the rooms are a decent size and up-to-date.
