2. To top it off, they were having problems with their cable tv service, so about half of the limited channels they offered didn't work the entire weekend we were there.

4. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had troubles with our shower water temperature (which actually had a plumbing problem and had to switch rooms) the staff were so nice and gave us free buffet breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience of having to change rooms.

6. Eugene has a train that goes through the city at night, so the tooting is a mixed blessing--nice sound, but in the middle of the night? (This is a problem for all the hotels in the area.

10. Connecting room doors are notorious for allowing sound to pass from room to room and the problem was evdent at this property.
