The hotel looked desserted and at night in the lobby (when I went down to report the conditioner making noise), I heard the sound of glass being shattered (as if someone was repeatedly banging a heavy glass object with a hammer) at 2-3 minute intervals from the 'private party room' the whole time I waited in the lobby.

2. I was surprised when her said 'Is it still making noise?' and I thought to myself, 'You said you'd send somebody and now you expect the conditioner to get fixed by itself?' Then he quickly assigned me to another room and called someone to accompany me to the room to make sure everything in the room was OK.

3. I am saying beds because in the room I was initially assigned, the conditioner started making a noise and I could not sleep further.

4. Because of the festival there were a lot of people on our floor, so there was noise in the hallway from time to time, but this didn't bother us as it's to be expected.
