1. I found the staff unattentive and uninterested in the issue.

4. We went back and forth about the big issues like the door and the small issues like the pillowcases with the front desk for hours.

6. When we called down to complain about these other issues they sent someone up to clean our bathroom, to bring new towels and pillowcases, and see what they could do about the door.
