The room was large and clean, but the hotel looks a bit
worn
and out dated; it needs new elevators, new furniture in the public spaces, new carpets at the front entrance etc.

worn
and ripped carpeting-Wallpaper that is peeling-Grout in bathtub grimey and in bad need of replacement-Old and dirty windows, I could barely see out of them.

The room was clean but looked
worn
, carpet was pulling away from the walls in a few spots, room was dimly lit (I prefer a super bright well lit room).
