1. I'd love to say this was an isolated incident for this hotel however, we only came back here after a good experience that was free because of a terrible experience the time before which included blood in our bathroom.

3. lobby is not ground level); one side of curtains did not close; curtains do not keep out daylight; pillows were terribly uncomfortable; shower did not drain; no exhaust fan in bathroom.
