1. There was some peeling wallpaper, and water damaged ceiling tiles, so it's not perfect, but very comfortable.

2. Between cold water in the shower for three days, broken light fixtures in the room, being stranded by the free shuttle twice, having our vehicle damaged by the valet and being charged double for our room despite pre-paying 2 months in advance, it was the worst hotel stay of my life.
