1. The hot water was broken on our first morning - they gave us a free nights stay for a future date and a free breakfast that day.

2. Between cold water in the shower for three days, broken light fixtures in the room, being stranded by the free shuttle twice, having our vehicle damaged by the valet and being charged double for our room despite pre-paying 2 months in advance, it was the worst hotel stay of my life.

9. The pool area needs a lot of work, moldy ceiling tiles, the hot tub was being repaired and the repair crew did not sweep up the broken bits of concrete all over the floor where we walked.
