3. Bottom line: while the hotel is new, it shows signs of unfortunate lack of maintenance, including the problems with my room, and little details like grafitti scrawled on the elevator advertising and button plates.

4. unfortunately, they do not have a hot tub (my fault, should have read website better) and the doors to the rooms have to be slammed shut.
