5. The only complaint I have is that that shuttle wasn't running because the major of the hotel was full of people who were part of a conference.

6. the line was about 15 people long, and no one was moving through very quickly since people were waiting for fresh, hot scrambled eggs to be cooked and waiting on the toaster, so that was a headache, but that's our only complaint.

9. The beds were comfortable; the bathrooms sparkling and neither of us had any complaints really with the condition of the rooms themselves whatsoever.

10. My only complaint was an alarm malfunction that occured during the night, however, the hotel easily made up for the problem by giving a 50% price reduction.
