1. Before our stay at the hotel we checked out the reviews online and were concerned about many negative comments made about the service at the hotel.

2. negative: Nothing for us, but I did notice that when I went to get ice on the other floor, that that floor was not remodeled and didn't look quite as nice as our floor.
