The area is not the best, but what do you expect in Downtown Detroit? The fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night by some drunk (either someone from a wedding or a Kiss fan), but no

finally after waiting about 15 minutes we asked the bartender about the shuttle and was told that it wasn't running, which wasn't such a

, we took a taxi to and from the game it only cost $5 each way.

Which may not sound like such a
big deal
, but there are not many hotels left with clean, safe, quiet rooms that have a microwave and fridge for less than $100.
