1. Reception staff were always helpful, the only slight negative was the room service telephone service, which supplied me with two cold drinks, but no bottle opener to open them with.

3. the only negatives about the room was the 42 inch tvs did not have hd programming, so the picture was not great, and the AC system was poorly designed, with the only vent in the room located in the back corner of the bed room.

4. The only two negatives were the cost of food at the attached Fishbone was a little high but it is the city so I guess it's to be expected.

5. A couple of negatives -- the heating/cooling vent blew loudly right on the bed all night.
