1. The room was rather dirty with remnants of the last guests on the floors and in the jacuzzi but after the fiasco at the front desk I just cleaned it up the best I could.

2. When we went to get ice from the machine on our floor, an open door adjoining the ice machine showed a room with lots of dirty dishes with leftover food on them thrown on the floor.
