1. What to think of a kitchen (so no need for expensive dine-outs every day), a free hot breakfast with many choices, free printing service and a free shuttle (ok, the bus cost is maybe comparable to the gratiuity, but the shuttle brings you right were you want).

2. The staff quickly and happily responded to all my needs, from emailing me receipts for expense reports to rekeying my card if it did not work (only happened twice during 3 weeks so that is pretty darn good).
