1. The only downside to this hotel was the sofa sleeper was pretty small and the hot water heater in a one queen suite only accommodates two showers before running out of hot water, and on our first night we inquired about a larger room and clerk did not get back to us, however the hotel was very full and busy the first two nights, so it was understandable.

3. The only downside is that this hotel could use some maintenance on the outside.

4. The only downside to the hotel we found was that it was not actually downtown in the sense of being in the shopping area but the shuttle bus runs regularly and some places such as the science museum are a distance away any way.
