the hotel is in a great location and the service was awesome, but staying on the first floor was a
bad
option.

The location wasn't
bad
with darling restaurants and shops within walking distance which made the 'Cave, aka our room' somewhat bearable.

The only
bad
part was we could not check in early and had to wait until 4:00 which was a bit of a nuisance, but I`d rather wait then have a dirty room so it was worth the wait.
