2. Didn't expect the water stain on the cieling in a room at the Hyatt, thinking a little mold in the rooms since it is unlikely there was a shower directly overhead.

5. Maintenance repairs are lacking - the whirlpool spa on the 4th floor is outdoors and in disrepair- tiles missing, and white tiles very dingy not sure if they were dirty or stained.
