1. Why complaining then? Room is old looking, the toilet paper they put in the rooms is horrendous, cheap and thin as air, same for tissue paper.

3. Really? You wanted that warm, quarter full orange juice? Housekeeping left a dozen bottles on my nightstand, coffee table, and desk because (I'm sure) enough people complained about missing, warm, flat soda that they err on the side of caution.
