I was really shocked by this because 1) this is a Grand Hyatt, isn't it? 2) I have one in my room as a standard facility 3) Why are they penalizing guests just because they're inconsistent with their offerings? SHUTTLE/TAXI to AIRPORTUSD$25 for Super Shuttle from Airport to Hotel USD$60 for taxi .
