4. This hotel is in an older historic building in Dallas so it lacks some contemporary features in places, but the advantages outweight the disadvantages.

5. There are probably other things I could complain about - nothing major, but the lack of attention is all collectively a pretty good sign that a previously very nice hotel is allowing itself to get run down.

6. The hotel was very good, the only things that we did not like were the breakfast, the lack of safety deposit boxes as they were all in use and that the air conditioning in the bar was so cold, it was impossible to sit there for any period of time.

7. Staff were a little uninformed, but then again, they did find our accents difficult to understand and we had a few extra adventures finding shops etc due to their lack of directions or knowledge, so that wasn't really a drama.
