2. I know valet is very 'Dallas', but there are a lot of us who like to self-park and not having that option is annoying.

3. Our room keys all stopped working on Sunday night which was a little annoying as we had to go back downstairs and get new ones.

4. Most annoying was that the valet would not allow you to schedule a pick up time for your car on Sunday morning, instead saying to come down when you want the car and they'll have it within 15 minutes.
