1. Valet parking is the only downside as it is difficult to get off the street most of the time - so a little tricky with on-coming traffic - but the valet service works hard at it.

3. The hair dryer in my room had a short in it and was difficult to use and the cabinet door on the bathroom vanity was loose on its hinges - very minor things that could be easily fixed and were not too much of a distraction.

8. Staff were a little uninformed, but then again, they did find our accents difficult to understand and we had a few extra adventures finding shops etc due to their lack of directions or knowledge, so that wasn't really a drama.
