2. Unfortunately, the front staff did not explain any of the amenities of the hotel, nor did I sign the check-in statement (I was not sure what the exact room charge was until later) but Hal stated, it was going to be a slow weekend due to a decrease in hotel guests.

5. The hotel is located just a few walkable blocks away from SMU and the new Katy jog and bike trail that replaced the old Katy railroad (be careful crossing over the overpass on I-75 as the lights are confusing and the walk signs at the cross walks buttons are very slow).
