1. When I did have any issues or queries, the concierge JonPaul was extremely helpful as were the desk staff.

6. housekeeping issues aside, this is a very nice facility and it`s amazing to see all the renovations they put into what was a sleazy, run-down eyesore in an otherwise upscale neighborhood.
