2. Sure, they are all friendly, and yes, they do pour some not so spectacular wine every afternoon in the lobby, BUT housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, the valet service is always friendly but often really bad, problems brought to the attention of management are not taken care of.

4. (I think odd-numbered rooms 1-15 on each floor face the freeway; and as far as hotels beside freeways, the noise isn't that bad - sort of a white noise.

I wish to thank Kristy and Beverly at the front desk for helping me find the right room a couple of times, sending toothbrushes, a large garbage bag with rubber bands to my son could keep the bad leg dry while showering, delivering numerous other items and coordinating other support staff for my every request.
