1. I've stayed here several times, i've never seen a bedbug or had a problem, but perhaps the hotel indeed may have an infestation based on these dogs.

7. I observed three other instances of confused reservations while I was trying to sort out my problem.

8. Here are the problems: shower took forever to drain, woke up to hammering and drilling of the construction staff, was told many times there were no more rooms for us to switch to, then finally the manager said she`d move us to the top (12th) floor, far from the construction noise.

9. I guess the most upsetting thing was that most of the staff responded with 'there is nothing I can do about that' when I told them of our problem.

10. However, we had to change rooms 3 times, and the problems just got weirder and more horrible.
