1. The only issue with my stay was getting a bite to eat in the lounge.

5. The rooms in the hotel are old and dirty, the were not properly stocked with standard items, as mine had no shampoo and conditioner, no TV remote, the area of town seemed a bit shady and the customer serivce was not good at all when I had a billing issue.

8. As far as services, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle which is a nice bonus since this is a downtown hotel versus an airport hotel but availability may be an issue.

9. Only issue with the hotel itself is that the temparature in the room was comfortable but you literally needed a coat for the hallway.
