1. Makes the mold in the tub seem trivial, after the horrible customer service challenges.

2. This was followed by horribly slow service the next morning at breakfast, compounded by an extremely rude server (when questioned as to why breakfast was taking over 30 minutes to get to the table - she actually scolded my sister and said she should have gotten the buffet.
