1. They argued with my husband about our rate, called security because my husband said he had never had this problem before (he wasn't cursing or being threatening).

3. ) Once i arrived at the Crowne I told the gentlemen behind the counter that i was checking in and of my problems the day before, and he said that he didnt work that day but heard it was a mess and that many people were given incorrect reservations.

10. I gave 3 stars for the rooms & sleep quality though in fairness, i did not give the staff an opportunity to correct the problem; however they got 4 for the value & location because it was a GREAT price & awesome location for what we needed.
