5. but the pool is soooooo bad its such a nice hotel why do they have such a bad pool??? It was very dirty needed to be painted and was very dingy its in the freezing basement with no windows.

7. it is very expensive, offers NO amenities, the pool is barely larger than a bathtub, the escalator up to convention wasn't working (which would be really bad for an older adult), the elevators smelled like urine, and it treated me and my family the worst that we had been treated in a LONG LONG time.

10. I filled out an internet complaint when we got home and was told someone would get back to us - nothing yet (2 weeks later)It's too bad they didn't spend some money on soundproofing the walls when they did the renovation.
