1. Contacted customer service to log a complaint last Friday.

2. My biggest complaint is that even though we were platinum, we were given the room right next to the elevators, thus we had the pleasure of hearing loud people day and night as they waited for or exited the elevator.

3. I I would not ever suggest anyone stay at this Hotel, due to the VERY POOR guest relations shown by the Valet Parking staff, and the failure of the manager to contact me and respond to my complaint.

5. And of course free internet (although one day it was quite slow for some reason) I have always stayed at the Hyatt for conferences and have not had a complaint but the Crowne Plaza has my business from now on.

6. I filled out an internet complaint when we got home and was told someone would get back to us - nothing yet (2 weeks later)It's too bad they didn't spend some money on soundproofing the walls when they did the renovation.
