1. When I confronted the manager on duty he said I must be wrong because the hotel had my reservation for just one night.

2. There's nothing wrong with this hotel if you get a good rate, but it is interchangeable with a lot of other hotels in downtown Cincinnati so strongly consider making your decision based on the rate.
