4. Cons: breakfast buffet was mediocre and overpriced (though plentiful), housekeeping staff was EXTREMELY loud when talking to one another in the halls and woke us up at 930 am on both Saturday and Sunday with their yelling (yes we complained), internet access in the business center was $10.

6. The rooms themselves were pretty mediocre for the so called 'Hyatt Standard', there was a large crack in the bathroom sink, it was clean but there just seemed to be a coat of dirt, it just that overall feeling of a roadside hotel - (with a view) none of the bells and whistles that Hyatt boasts.

8. Dirty glasses, sloppy housekeeping, stained pillow cases and sheets, mediocre food, smoking in the common areas, broken elevators, and loud neighbors were just some of the inconveniences we experienced.
