So why the
terrible
rating? Because they advertise as a 4-star and there is NO WAY they should be able to come close to doing that.

Hotel staff, after much negotiating, finally found us a room with two beds, which turned out to be
terrible
because the A/C was on the fritz and the room was damp and humid all night.
